British Buffalo IV LVT4: Part 1

I made a start on these LVT-4s for my late war British forces last night. They’ll be perfect for Walcheren and Rhine crossings! I need to do a little clean up add the ramp and add the various guns including Polsten, but they’re looking good so far. I’ll be itching to get some paint on them!

Really nice clean models which landed here yesterday from 172 scaleminiatures, quick shipping, good comms, and well packed.

British LVT4 Buffalo: Airfix (1/76), 172scaleminiatures, and Battlezone Miniatures

The BZM models are very nice (I’ve got 3), but these are great too. If you need some LVTs and haven’t yet taken the plunge it’s definitely worth looking at the 172scale ones – several variants on offer and they’re currently half price. #WNTL?

Will be nice to see how these turn out! 🙂 I loved the Airfix Buffalo! I think Britannia Miniatures/Grubby Tanks do some British LVT gunners in berets if you want something different in the way of crew!

Thanks! Likely to not get any further with these until the New Year now. I too loved the old Airfix one! Thanks for the heads up I’ll check Grubby out for the crew.
